Making an intangible service feel grounded.
Reiki and tarot are hard to price because they are hard to evidence. The rebrand gave the practice a credibility people could see before booking.

Where the journey was breaking
In wellness, the buyer is deciding whether to trust a person, not compare a spec. The previous brand left that judgement to chance, so price became the only visible signal.
The break sat between attention and the landing experience. People arrived curious and left without enough reassurance to book.

What we’d take from this
Where trust is the product, explaining the process in plain language does more for conversion than persuasion does. Most wellness sites describe a feeling; very few describe what happens in the room.
The ~60% figure is a change in pricing supported by the rebrand. We have not measured total revenue impact and do not claim one.
