Last updated: draft, not yet published.
This page is a draft. It states only what is true of the site today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should be before this site goes live — in particular to confirm anything specific to your jurisdiction, data retention periods, and obligations under applicable privacy law (e.g. the Australian Privacy Act).
What we collect
When you request a free audit through this site, we collect the information you submit in that form: your name, business type, work email, phone number, website address, and, where you choose to provide them, your approximate annual revenue, monthly ad spend, and a description of your main growth challenge.
How we use it
We use this information solely to review your website, advertising accounts and marketing setup, and to contact you to arrange and deliver the audit call you requested. We do not sell your details, add you to a marketing list without your separate consent, or share them with third parties except where necessary to deliver the audit itself (for example, a scheduling tool).
Cookies and analytics
This site may use standard analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use it and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. These tools can set cookies and collect technical information such as your browser type, device, and the pages you visit. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services, or as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing mark.resolvifi@gmail.com.
