Case study, Music tuition

Built to be found, then built to book.

A parent searching for lessons is ready to act. The job was making sure they found Mark, then removing every reason to hesitate.

Where the journey was breaking

Demand for music lessons is search-led and local. If you are not visible at the moment a parent looks, the enquiry goes to whoever is, regardless of who teaches better.

Two stages needed work at once: traffic, because the business was hard to find, and the landing experience, because arriving visitors had no obvious way to start.

What we changed

Built a brand identity that reads as professional tuition rather than a hobby side-business.
Structured the website around the lessons people actually search for.
Search work targeting local, high-intent lesson queries rather than broad music terms.
Simplified the enquiry path so a first lesson could be requested in one step.

What we’d take from this

For local, appointment-based services, search visibility and a one-step enquiry path often outperform advertising, because the demand already exists and simply needs somewhere to land.

Outcomes described qualitatively. We publish numbers only once the client has confirmed the baseline, window and method.
